Holidaying in the UK – Dorset

I’m getting excited about my upcoming summer holiday.

In less than two weeks time I’ll be sunning myself on the beach, catching fish to barbecue for dinner and walking the beautiful countryside of…. Dorset. Yes, that’s right. I’ve chosen to take my summer holidays right here in the UK.

A risk, you might say, as we all know there’s no relying on the Great British weather. But it’s a risk I’m willing to take. Why?

Having worked in travel for a while, I’ve spent many hours looking through stunning photos of worldwide beaches, and Durdle Door on Dorset’s famous Jurassic Coast has to be one of my favourites.
